WHAT WE DO
Is from the Laboratorio di Torrefazione Giamaica Caffè Indian Cherry A Pure Arabica, double selection – berry and beans – and flame roasted by the Frasi family in Verona.
"All the coffee has been roasted to a colour of "tonaca di frate" using the latest coffee roasting machines "Vittoria Flame Direct", used all over the world. The system provides for the processing of the product (one bag of 60 kg a time) by direct immersion in the flame sucked inside the oscillating drum. This is the method, that has always been used in our family, and has remained with us for four generations of roasters.
